The Academy of Science of South Africa (ASSAf) and the POPIA Committees would like to thank you once again for your inputs and contributions to the previous draft documents, towards formulating the Code. This has been invaluable in developing the POPIA Code of Conduct for Research.

The Committees has worked through the comments received and have incorporated the suggestions where applicable in the draft Code of Conduct.

The draft Code is now ready for public comment before submission to the Information Regulator and is attached as a pdf.
