Internationally and nationally, women remain a minority in engineering. Addressing these challenges is essential to building an inclusive engineering culture that harnesses the full spectrum of talent available in our country. Highlighting the achievements of women who have continuously overcome challenges and risen within the engineering discipline plays a crucial role in promoting the professional growth and inspiration of current and future women engineers.
